Vice President

Hi, I’m Sarah Beth Ryther (she/they). I’m the Vice President of Trader Joe’s United and I’ve worked in the Minneapolis store since August 2021. Our Minneapolis union election was also my one year anniversary of working for Trader Joe’s!

Organizing Director

Hi, my name is Connor Hovey (he/him), and I've been with Trader Joe's at the Louisville, KY store since October of 2018. I have been a section leader of various sections, I’ve been product team leader and customer team leader on numerous instances, and I was a trainer for several years.

I am organizing TJU with one vision in mind: to ensure equity for our amazing Crew Members, and to bring fairness and justice to the forefront of the Crew experience.
